Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the below carefully to understand how our production and shipping timeframes work. 

 


 

1.0 Production time vs shipping time

All orders are subject to our standard production timeframe of 10–14 business days unless otherwise specified.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Shipping timeframes only begin once your order has been completed and dispatched.

 


 

2.0 Shipping methods

We use a combination of Australia Post, StarTrack, TGE, Aramex and Couriers depending on your location and the most efficient delivery option.
Shipping carriers are selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

 


 

3.0 Shipping rates

Standard Shipping

$12.50 for the first item
$0.25 per additional item

Express Shipping

$14.95 for the first item
$1.00 per additional item

Express shipping prioritises delivery only and does not reduce production time unless an express production option has also been selected.

 


 

4.0 Estimated delivery timeframes

Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and the carrier used.
You can estimate delivery times using the following tools:

All delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 


 

5.0 PO Boxes

Some carriers, including TGE and StarTrack, are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
If a PO Box address is provided, your order will be sent via Australia Post.

 


 

6.0 Delays and liability

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the carrier.
We are not liable for shipping delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by third-party couriers. This includes delays during peak periods, weather events, or network disruptions.

 


 

7.0 Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and liaise with the carrier where required.

 


 

8.0 Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at the time of ordering.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 


 

9.0 Authority to leave

Orders may be left in a safe place at the delivery address unless otherwise specified.

If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us prior to dispatch
