Return and Refund Policy

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Cattle Dog Country.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to help.

Terms and conditions for return or refund:

1. Customers have 14 days to check and return their purchases if required.
2. If a customer is unsatisfied with their products, they must return them within 14 days of the purchase and Cattle Dog Country will provide a full refund.
3. The products must be returned within 14 days under the following conditions;
   a. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase.
   b. It must contain all tags.
   c. It must not be damaged.
   d. A purchase receipt must be submitted.
4.  After 14 days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in the clause, Cattle Dog Country shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.       
5.  Refunds are not eligible for products 'on sale'. An option to exchange only may be offered in this circumstance providing Item 3- (a) (b), (c) and (d) are adhered to.
